Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FORD MOTOR COMPANY, META PLATFORMS, INC., OR X CORP. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SPONSOR OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility: The One Wild Ride Sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of North Carolina and South Carolina who, as of the time and date of entry, are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are members of Sponsor’s Rewards customer loyalty program (the “Rewards Program”). Officers, directors, employees and agents of The Gas Mart, Inc. d/b/a Minuteman Food Mart (the “Sponsor”), and its affiliates, and the immediate family members of (including husband, wife, children, mother, mother in-law, father, father in-law, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law), and/or those living in the same household as, any of such foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement with Official Rules: By entering this Sweepstakes as described below, each entrant (“You” or “Entrant”) agrees to abide with, and be fully and unconditionally bound by, these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet all eligibility requirements described in these Official Rules. In addition, You agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, which shall be final and binding.
3. Sweepstakes Period and Winner Selection: This Sweepstakes begins May 7, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM [RC4] [TM5] Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends September 9, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. ”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. The winner will be selected by the Sponsor and/or its designated agent on or about September 15, 2025 by random selection from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. How to Enter: THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may enter this Sweepstakes using only the following methods: (i) Enter online without making a purchase using the online form set forth at [Sweepstakes URL] (the “Website”) by completing all required information, or (ii) gain one (1) entry when You use your official Rewards Program member number to make any eligible purchase at any Minuteman Food Mart in North Carolina or South Carolina. Note: eligible purchases include fuel, food, beverages and other items sold at Minuteman Food Mart, but do NOT include tobacco or alcohol. There is no limit on the number of entries any individual Entrant can obtain in this Sweepstakes, regardless of the method of entry. For each method of entry described above, You must provide the information requested, which will include name, e-mail address, phone number, age, state of residence, and Rewards Program member number. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules, Your entry may be removed from eligibility at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) awarded under this Sweepstakes to one (1) winner (the “Winner”). The Grand Prize is a base model 2025 Ford Bronco, having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $41,000, plus destination charges. All specifics of the Grand Prize, including, without limitation, colors, options, features, and accessories, shall be determined solely by Sponsor. No cash equivalent or other substitution for the Grand Prize shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and there will be no cash redemption or substitution of the Grand Prize of any kind except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Any and all Grand Prize-related expenses, costs, and fees, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, registration and titling fees, and all other costs, fees and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize are and shall be the Winner’s sole responsibility, and Sponsor is not responsible for any of the foregoing. At the Sponsor’s sole discretion, if the Grand Prize is unclaimed, it may not be awarded, it may be forfeited, and/or it may be awarded to an alternate Winner.
6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: On or around September 15, 2025, the potential Winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within approximately one (1) week following selection. As a condition to receive the Grand Prize, the potential Winner is required to complete, sign and return, within one (1) week of the date such potential Winner is notified by Sponsor, (i) an affidavit of eligibility and release, and (ii) an IRS Form W-9 (which must include the Winner’s Social Security Number, which will only be used for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s earnings from winning the Grand Prize, based on the ARV of the Grand Prize as described above, to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law). Sponsor shall have no liability for the potential Winner’s failure to receive notification of winning this Sweepstakes due to potential Winner’s e-mail service’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or for potential Winner’s having provided incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information in potential Winner’s entry. If potential Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to timely return a completed and executed affidavit of eligibility and release and Form W-9 as described above, or after Sponsor confirms potential Winner as the winner of the Grand Prize by written notification the potential Winner fails to claim the Grand Prize within ten (10) business days, the Grand Prize may be forfeited by such potential Winner and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries as described above. Up to three (3) additional such random drawings will be conducted, after which the Grand Prize will not be awarded should all four (4) random drawings fail to result in a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Receipt by Winner of the Grand Prize is conditioned upon Winner’s compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and these Official Rules. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER WILL, AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION, RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. Logistics regarding delivery of the Grand Prize to the Winner (including, without limitation, location, time, date, etc.) will mutually be determined by Sponsor and the Winner. Winner hereby expressly consents to having photos and video created containing Winner’s image and likeness during and in connection with Grand Prize delivery.
POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A POTENTIAL WINNER IS NOT A WINNER OF THE GRAND PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SUCH POTENTIAL WINNER’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED BY SPONSOR THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS THE VERIFIED WINNER. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE COMPLIED WITH ALL OF THE CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
8. Publicity: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s express permission for Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective agencies, licensees, successors, and assigns, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, Entrant’s name, image, photos, voice, likeness, image, statements about this Sweepstakes, opinions, hometown and state, and biographical information for advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, in any and all media now known (including, without limitation, in print, on the Internet, in social media, and in other digital formats) or hereafter invented, without notice, review, or consent, without territorial or time limitations, and without compensation or other consideration. Subject to the foregoing, the verified winner may be publicly announced through a posting on Sponsor’s website and social media accounts, and possibly through other media.
9. Limitations: Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Neither Sponsor, its affiliates, nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees or agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) are responsible or liable for, and Entrant expressly agrees the Sweepstakes Parties shall have no liability for: (i) causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Parties that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (ii) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Sponsor or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with this Sweepstakes; (iii) any typographical or other error in the advertising related to this Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement/notification of the Grand Prize winner; (iv) any human or other error which may occur in connection with this Sweepstakes; (v) cheating or fraud by any Entrant; (vi) any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software related to or otherwise used in connection with this Sweepstakes; or (vii) the failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or through any mobile application (including, without limitation, the Rewards Program mobile application), or any combination of the above.
10. Modification, Suspension and Termination: If for any reason this Sweepstakes (i) cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, weather, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the security, administration, integrity, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or (ii) is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend and/or terminate this Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event any of Sponsor’s systems, including, without limitation, the Rewards Program mobile application, become infected by malicious code or is otherwise technically impaired.
11. Disqualification: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.
12. Releases: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant expressly agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) to: (i) release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability, loss, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, injury, death or damages arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse the Grand Prize; and (ii) waives all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, court costs, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter this Sweepstakes, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Further, by participating in this Sweepstakes, You expressly agree that the Sweepstakes Parties has not made, and is not in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, whether express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the Grand Prize, including, without limitation, to such Grand Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any Entrant, the Winner and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, including its statutes of limitations, without regard to any jurisdiction’s choice-of-law rules.
14. Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or the Grand Prize shall exclusively be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, which shall be held at the AAA office located in Raleigh, North Carolina; (ii) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
15. Severability & Conflicts: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials or made by any representative of any of the Sweepstakes Parties and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
16. Privacy Policy : All personal information submitted with Your entry(ies) into this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy set forth at www.minutemanfoodmart.com.
17. Sponsor and Administrator of this Sweepstakes: The Gas Mart, Inc. d/b/a Minuteman Food Mart, 418 Old Peanut Rd., Elizabethtown, NC 28337. All comments, questions and complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor at the above address.
18. Winner List To receive the name of the winner of this Sweepstakes, send an e-mail request to marketingmfm@campbelloilcompany.com on or before December 31, 2025.
